Capote Dock is a receiving and warehouse service provided by Capote Business Solutions to freight companies. The SFS Dock app for iPhone and iPad is the mobile version used by the staff of Straight Freight System LLC. By using the website, the app or the shipment tracking page, you accept these terms. If your company has a separate agreement with Capote Business Solutions, that agreement prevails.

Accounts

Accounts are created by each company's administrator for its own staff. Keep your password private and don't share your account: what's done with it is recorded under your name. Tell your administrator right away if you think someone else has used it.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for your company's work.
• Don't try to access other companies' data, get around permissions or security controls, or disrupt the service.
• Upload only documents and photos you're entitled to handle for your work.

Your company's data

Manifests, photos, signatures, proofs of delivery and records belong to your company. Capote Business Solutions processes them only to provide the service, as explained in the privacy policy.

Accuracy of the records

Documents are read automatically and the result can contain mistakes. Whoever checks in freight is responsible for confirming counts, conditions and labels against the actual freight. The service helps keep records; it doesn't replace your duties to carriers, customers or authorities.

Shipment tracking page

Anyone with a PRO number can see that shipment's status. Its proof of delivery can only be downloaded with the delivery ZIP code. Use it only for shipments that concern you.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, failures or causes beyond our control, and we can't guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may update the service and these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and Capote Business Solutions isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Access may be suspended if these terms are broken or the service is put at risk.
